Machine description
QA-NB300 CNC steel Bending Machine is a machine unit of full machine system to make channel letter signs boards.
The other two machines are the laser cutting machine and laser welding machine.
See below photo, the process of the full system working steps to maek a metal channel letter.
The bender can bend alomst all kinds of metal profiles, like stainless steel, Iron, Galvanized sheet, Aluminum etc.
The Bender machine has a separated feeding rotate talbe, automactically feeding the matetials during working, no need human operation, much more efficient and convenient.
The CNC bending machine breaks traditional sign making pattern, it can make more kinds of material. For example, traditional sign making way can not make 0.4-1.2 stainless steel be letters easily, however, our bending machine can automatically shape letters at one time.
